Meet the Team:
The Collections & Dispute team is at the center of operations, cooperating with several other teams and acting as a specialist group, to ensure excellent service is delivered. Our group is also defining new processes, policies and procedures and participates in market and product roll-out. As our business grow, we need to ensure that our model is scalable and that the decisions we take have a direct impact on the future success of our business.



The role will include:

  • Collaborating on debt collection efforts with Accounts, Sales, and Legal Department and external partners
  • Developing debt collection strategies, processes and plans and document the same
  • Drive improvement projects and support new implementations
  • Act as a second line support, for customer disputes and claims, to our Consumer relations and Finance teams
  • Provide input to the digital development and test new system functionality
  • Evaluate and identify required system development together with our Business Analysts


Personality:

  • Take accountability, both for their own direct area of responsibility, and the success of the team
  • Focus on customers and understands how to provide excellent customer service
  • Can carry out tasks independently and approach issues with a problem-solving mindset


Background/ skills:

  • Previous debt collection experience, 1-2 years
  • Worked with operational end customer processes in an international firm
  • Excellent communication skills and strive to provide great customer experience
  • Fluent in English and German (other languages is an advantage)
  • Experience of business development, leading projects and process development is advantageous
  • Experience from B2B/ SME Fleet debt collection is advantageous
